Should I wash or detangle my hair before my appointment?
For cuts and shaping, arrive with clean, dry, detangled and product-free hair where possible. For loc maintenance, hair must be freshly washed, completely dry and free of wax, heavy butters and leave-ins. If you cannot prepare it this way or are unsure, explain that in the booking notes; extra preparation may require more time or a rescheduled service.
Which curl patterns and textures do you work with?

What happens at a first appointment?
We start with a proper conversation about your hair history, what it does day to day, and what you want. Then I tell you honestly what will work. No rushing, no guessing.
How often should locs be maintained?
Most people book a retwist every four to eight weeks depending on growth, texture and how neat you like the roots. I'll give you an honest schedule for your hair, not a generic one.
