I’m Samir Samaali, French-born African, trained in Paris and New York. I’ve been working with afro and textured hair for over 20 years. I don’t treat textured hair as a niche or a specialty add-on. It’s central to what I do.
Too many hairdressers in Sydney don’t know how to work with afro hair. They either avoid it or treat it the same as straight hair with different products. I understand the structure. I understand how it grows, how it breaks, what it needs. I work with your hair, not against it.
