Deposits

A 20% deposit secures your appointment and is credited towards the service total; it is part-payment, not an additional fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To give authorised notice, cancel or reschedule through the manage-booking link in your confirmation message or phone Le Garage. Online notice counts when the system confirms the change; phone notice counts when Samir answers or acknowledges it during opening hours. An unfinished request does not change the original booking. Rescheduling moves the existing deposit to the replacement appointment. All notice periods use Australia/Sydney time.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment receive a 100% deposit refund. Cancellations made from 24 hours to under 48 hours before the appointment receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice receive no deposit refund. No-shows receive no deposit refund. Le Garage deducts no separate processing fee from an eligible refund and submits it within two business days; the bank or card issuer may take additional time to show it.

Late Arrivals

Call as soon as you know you are running late. There is no published automatic minute threshold. If the remaining appointment time is not enough to complete the service safely, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client. Deposit treatment follows the cancellation terms above.

Colour & Patch Tests

First-time colour clients, anyone with sensitive skin, and anyone who has reacted to hair colour before must arrange a patch test with Samir at least 48 hours before the appointment. Arrange it in advance by phone; do not rely on dropping in. If the required test has not been completed, the colour service cannot safely proceed and must be rescheduled. The deposit moves to the replacement appointment; if the client cancels instead, the published cancellation tiers apply.

For major colour changes or corrections, start online booking and add your colour history and goal in the booking notes so Samir can confirm the required time and provide a quote.

Payments & Card Details

Online payment details are submitted directly to Stripe for processing. Le Garage does not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own security and privacy terms.

The remaining balance is settled on the day by card or cash. Eligible card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Le Garage deducts no separate processing fee from an eligible refund and submits it within two business days; the bank or card issuer may take additional time to show it.
